Today we would like to focus our attention on RotoFlow® 4000.

All rotational moulders know the struggle of trying to avoid voids around inserts, tight radii, threads, and deep cavities: all of these can be fixed by using RotoFlow® 4000, a mould coating that facilitates the flow of polyolefin, nylon and crosslinked resin into hard-to-fill areas of rotational moulding tools. Moreover, it has received NSF approval for use in food-grade rotationally moulded plastics.

What happens without RotoFlow® 4000?

• low quality and lack of consistency of rotomolded PE, PP, nylon, and crosslinked parts
• parts with pinholes, voids, blow outs
• poor threads
• badly anchored inserts
• surface porosity
