Are you paying too much for your benefits
Monday, 2 November 2020
Your employees may often be your biggest asset and the benefits you give them are not insignificant. Therefore, don’t allow these benefits to be your best kept secret. Some of your benefits may be forced upon you by legislation (for example, the pension scheme), but others are not so obvious and you will often provide more than you think.
Corinthian Benefits Consulting Limited are offering a free, no obligation Pension and Benefits audit to members of the BPF to see if you can access any of the potential savings available to your business and to your employees.

What an Audit includes
An initial meeting to understand you, your business and your employees. This highlights what you have in place currently and what challenges you might be facing. From this we will discuss any opportunities and will ask for some data to go to market on your behalf.
Corinthian Benefits Consulting Limited will then use our expertise to collect all the necessary information and options available which we will then detail this in a report.
A second meeting will then allow us to share our findings and explain the options available for your company in this report which you will get to keep. At this stage, if you want to proceed with us we start to implement our recommendations.

Case Study:
Corinthian Benefits were invited to provide the pensions and benefit audit by a prospect who wanted to reduce the administration and compliance of the Group Personal Pension so the company could focus more time on the day to day running of the business and challenges that Covid keeps presenting.
The prospect in the initial meeting highlighted they had an ever-growing workforce, standing at around 140 employees. They wanted to introduce employee communications with the aim of increasing the staff’s engagement in the pension and other benefits, including Group Life, Cash Plans and Employee Assistance Programmes.
With this, and a little more information provided by the prospect, Corinthian was able to approach the market and compile a report of all our findings at no cost or obligation. The review highlighted that considerable savings were available on the pension scheme, which the company subsequently used to implement some additional employee benefits.
Client Testimonial:
“Corinthian Benefits had listened to what we required and provided a response to the needs of the business, we did have some providers that didn’t provide exactly what we wanted. For example, we wanted to provide Financial Seminars to our staff at our cost, some suggested this could be done on the basis of a charge to the Employees which we didn’t want.”
