Biocidal Products Regulation - Article 95 List of Active Biocidal Substance and Product Suppliers Ceases Publication

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has ceased publication of the list of pendiing applications under Article 95 of the active substance and product suppliers at the beginning of November 2016.

The list was initially published to provide transparency ahead of the original September 2015 deadline, when companies had to ensure their substance or product suppliers were included in the Article 95 list of the Biocidal Products Regulation Companies making available on the market biocidal products had to ensure that either their substance or product suppliers or themselves are included in the Article 95 list under the Biocidal Products Regulation by 1 September 2015.
