BPF Meetings Day 2025

BPF Meetings Day 2025 is the second largest BPF member-exclusive event (after the BPF Annual Dinner). The event will bring together BPF members from across the Federation's 19 different member groups.
The day will start with eight BPF Groups (Raw materials, Moulders, Packaging, Rotomoulders, Equipment, Pipes, EPS, Windows & Vinyls, Recyclers) having their group meetings followed by networking lunch for all members and the afternoon plenary session for all BPF Members, featuring top speakers.
It is exclusively open to BPF members and will bring together over 150 industry representatives for a day of meetings, presentations and networking.
Free to attend - registration necessary.
Meeting Day Agenda (Tuesday 1st July 2025)
- 9:30am: Registration/Networking (coffee, tea and pastries available)
- 10:30am: Group Meetings Start
- 1:00pm: Networking Lunch
- 2:00pm: Joint Plenary Session (All)
- 3.30pm: Close

Pre-Event Meal (Monday 30th June 2025)
As a number of BPF Members will be there the evening before we are putting on an informal meal the night before for all attendees (attendees will come from various Groups who will all be meeting the following day). Meal must be pre-booked.
Accommodation
The BPF has reserved 50 bedrooms for members (first come first serve) on the 30th June at a special rate. After 8th June the rooms are non-refundable.
Parking
Parking is free of charge with 200 spaces available at the venue
