BPF Quoted in the Times: Philip Law responds to Boris Johnson comments on reycling

Following Boris Johnson's recent comments on recycling, Director-General Philip Law responded and was quoted in The Times on the issue.

The BPF had released a statement in response to Boris Johnson's comments that "the recycling thing is a red herring", noting that improving recycling was in fact a "part of the government’s strategy for dealing with plastic waste". The Times subsequently picked up this information, also highlighting how 'the BPF announced plans to more than triple the amount of plastic recycled over the next ten years in a report to which Rebecca Pow, the minister for the environment, wrote the foreword.'
