Health and Safety Events
A special Meeting of the BPF Industrial H&S Committee has been arranged with PLT Training Ltd at their new centre of excellence in Oldbury, West Midlands.
PLT have have kindly offered the BPF the use of their facilities for our next H&S Committee meeting, plus a 90 minute 'taster' of one of their most popular classes: Accident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis Training.
PLT is a NEBOSH, ITSSAR, RTITB, Highfield and IOSH accredited training provider offering professional Forklift, Overhead Crane, Manual Handling, First Aid and Health and Safety Training courses throughout the UK. They offer courses that are designed to encourage discussion and participation, with delegates coming away with a better understanding of their role and responsibilities.
Following our regular meeting and lunch, an interactive workshop will explore a scenario-based RCA method to real world problems and benefit from instructor mentoring as you gain the knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence required to solve problems, reduce risk and improve performance.
