British Plastics Federation (BPF) is coordinating the British Pavilion at K 2025 with cost effective walk-in package stands providing and support on the ground during the show. Deadline for stand booking 30th September 2024 (on first come first serve basis).
About K 2025
K is the key exhibition for the plastics and rubber industry across the world, which is held every three years in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Last edition, K 2022 attracted 177,486 visitors from 167 countries, 3,020 exhibitors from 58 countries.
The leading raw material producers, processing companies and machinery manufacturers offer an overview of the latest technical developments, procedures and techniques, of current construction methods and future trends. K is a truly international exhibition, attracting more than half its visitors from outside Germany.
Accommodation for K 2025
The British Plastics Federation is working with a travel agent and is recommending a hotel in Dusseldorf for British exhibitors at K 2025.
Currently, we are only able to accept bookings for the full eight-night stay (i.e. check in 7th October, check out 15th October) - but it is possible to swap the guests within a room booked by one company, as long as the room is booked for all eight nights.

Why Exhibit within the Brtish Village at K 2025?
Being part of an organised group run by the British Plastics Federation allows UK exhibitors to book a smaller stand than the minimum space they would have to book directly with the show organiser. The British Village booths are 4sqm, whereas the minimum stand directly with K 2025 is 20sqm. That is a huge saving on the stand alone.
The BPF has been organising the British Pavilion at the K show for over twenty years and has secured a great location withing the halls for the British Pavilion. UK exhibitors who are new to the show will typically be placed in a less desirable location, as the previous exhibitors have the benefit of booking their "old" location. This makes being part of the British Pavilion an attractive prospect for new exhibitors and we have seen many companies choosing to remain part of the British Pavilion over the years.
Networking amongst the exhibitors within the British Pavilion is very important part of exhibiting. The Briitsh participants have plenty of opportunities to network during the show, as their stands are located near each other, at the BPF-coordinated hotel boat and during organised receptions and events.
The BPF's support prior, during and post exhibition is highly valued by the exhibitors who don't have to worry about the logistics and who are supported by the BPF staff at all times. That leaves them with more time to focus on making the most of exhibiting and being out in the market.

British Village
The GREAT Britain branded British Village located in Hall 5 will feature 4sqm booths (2 sqm x 2sqm) around a ’communal’ meeting area in the middle. The lounge and hospitality area will be equipped with tables and chairs and will be supplied with refreshments for the exhibitors.
Each individual booth will be furnished with:
• Lockable counter •1 chair • 1x Full Wall height banner & 1x Half Wall banner above the cupboard (artwork to be provided by exhibitor) • 2 spot lights and a power socket (usage cost included)• GREAT Britain branding above the stand •Stand Cleaning included
The cost of a stand within the British Village is £4,500 + VAT
