The New Waste Screw Compactor

The Waste Screw Compactor is a brand-new option for the CUB-1600, designed to integrate seamlessly with the CUB’s controls while replacing the standard bag collection feature. By compacting cut materials for disposal directly into standard waste bins, the system reduces the need for bag changes, giving production teams unlimited capacity and uninterrupted operation. For converters, printers, extruders, and packaging lines that operate at high speeds and generate large volumes of waste, this innovation ensures waste handling keeps pace with production output.

Continuous Waste Handling with Unlimited Capacity

Engineered for efficiency, the compactor is capable of processing a wide variety of waste, such as plastic, labels, paper, cardboard, and foil.
