How did the programme meet business needs?
In response to the growing need for specialized skills in the polymer processing industry, The S&A Academy launched an innovative apprenticeship program aimed at upskilling employees. Advanced Plastics, a leading manufacturer based in Hull, recognised the potential of this program to enhance their workforce's capabilities and decided to enrol four of their operators in the inaugural cohort.
