PVC and The Low Carbon Future

Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), is the world's third most important plastic finding widespread use in building, transport, packaging, electrical/electronic and healthcare applications. In each of the three main areas of Sustainable Development - respect for the environment, promoting economic vitality and assisting social progress - PVC has outstanding role to play.

This seminar will emphasise the proven performance and environmental credentials which continue to support the use of PVC in an extremely wide range of applications many of which, in the medical and pharmaceutical fields and in certain safety critical construction uses, have life-saving capabilities.
