The so called CLP Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 entered into force on 20 January 2009 incorporating the classification criteria and labelling rules agreed at UN level - the Globally Harmonised System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS). CLP introduces major new requirements for classification and labelling and safety data sheets which apply from 1st December 2010. All users of chemicals will be affected by the new rules for classification and labelling – are you prepared? |

All payments must be completed by the commencement of the seminar. A VAT receipt will be issued on receipt of your payment and forwarded as well as joining instructions. Cancellation: If you are unable to attend after having confirmed your registration, please inform us in writing so that your registration may be transferred to any member of your company. Refunds: A charge of 20% will be made on written cancellations received before 8th October 2010 — No refund will be given after the this date.
