In 2023 there was an estimated rise of over 150% in the number of reported fines surpassing £1 million for health and safety breaches.

WTW’s regulatory Mock Trials are designed to help your organisation fully understand the issues that can lead to criminal health and safety enforcement action and enhance its ability to avoid or defend the same. Our personal injury Mock Trials aim to improve your organisation’s ability to defend civil health and safety compensation claims, which often arise after accidents and incidents occur.

At these interactive training sessions, you will:

• Engage in seminar-based training sessions combined with an HD audio-visual court trial.
• Experience real judges and specialist practising barristers questioning volunteer witnesses using unscripted evidence to provide a realistic and authentic feel.
• Play the role of the jury or judge, tasked with delivering a verdict or judgment based on the evidence presented by the witnesses.

All our Mock Trials offer Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points.
